The factory covers an area of 15,000 square meters, equipped with fully automated production lines and strict quality inspection systems, and follows ISO 9001 international standards from raw material procurement to finished product delivery.
Our Story
With all disciplines under one roof, the NGENG Garage workshop is setup to design, prototype, manufacture a build from concept to final product.
We have established long-term cooperation with world-renowned pet brands, and at the same time provide flexible customization services for small and medium-sized customers, and are committed to enhancing the interactive experience between pets and owners through innovative design and practical functions. The team adheres to the concept of “pet health first”, and all products have passed SGS safety certification to ensure zero chemical residue and durability.
Our Team
Expert & Experienced
In 2010, we were established in Zhejiang. In the early days, we mainly OEM pet blankets, and quickly opened up the foreign trade market with refined workmanship. In 2013, the first automated production line was introduced, and the production capacity increased by 200%, focusing on high-value pet nests and collar series. In 2016, in response to the market demand for smart pet care, we developed the first detachable pet feeding bowl and constant temperature pet blanket, which were nominated for the German Red Dot Design Award. In 2018, we expanded the R&D center and cooperated with the Materials Laboratory of Zhejiang University to develop antibacterial fabric technology for pet blankets and nests. The following year, the technology was awarded a national invention patent. In 2020, the epidemic gave birth to the “stay-at-home economy”, and we launched portable pet disinfection bags and home beauty tool sets, with annual sales exceeding 200 million yuan. In 2023, we launched a green manufacturing plan, using 30% recycled polyester materials, and passed the B Corp certification, becoming the first environmentally friendly pet factory in China.
